The training of the adults alternates between Buki Waza (weapon training) and Taijutsu (body techniques).
If you`re interested I`d be glad if you visit a free test-training. The Training takes place in the gym of the basic school in Gundremmingen (Schulstraße 1, 89355 Gundremmingen).
